Serendipity means a 'happy and unexpected accidental discovery'. Villa Serendipity is a beautiful villa set in a stunning location in the warm and friendly resort of Stoupa.
Villa Serendipity has been furnished to a high standard to ensure a luxurious stay. The kitchen comes fully equipped with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer and dishwasher. The solid oak worktops are kept in their perfect condition by liberal applications of olive oil from the villa's own olive grove.
There are indoor and outdoor dining areas seating up to twelve. The large 144 square foot balcony has a beautiful table and reclining carver chairs made from high quality yellow balau wood for balmy evenings of al fresco eating.
The living area is comfortable as well as stylish with two large sofas and a coffee table. A DVD player is the perfect accompaniment to the 32" LCD HD ready TV, and a Playstation 2 with a range of games to keep the adults amused! A selection of DVD's is provided, but please feel free to bring your own. The TV works only with the DVD player, there are currently no regular channels.
The villa has three fully air conditioned bedrooms and two bathrooms. Crisp white linen makes every bed inviting with a mix of designer bedding and the finest 800 count Egyptian cotton. Further soft furnishings appear in the form of cushions and throws, made variously from pure silk, real suede, velvet and wool to give the rooms an opulent feel.
Vista Room
The largest of the three is extremely spacious accommodating a Superking (six foot wide) bed, wardrobe and double chest of drawers. There is also a seating area with a comfortable sofa and footstool for some peace and tranquility away from the main living area. The oversized vista windows allow access to a terraced area in the villa's private landscaped garden.
En-Suite Room
The second largest room boasts a King sized bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. With three dual aspect windows the room is light and airy and has a large, private en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower.
Twin Room
The villa also has a Twin bedded room, and comes equipped with a wardobe. Patio doors lead out from here to the private garden.
Further Accommodation
The living room has a comfortable Double sofa bed that will accommodate a further two guests. Please mention if you would like a travel cot.
Main Bathroom
The main bathroom is also spacious with a large bath and shower over.
Outside
The garden has been designed and hard landscaped with traditional Mani 'plaka' (natural stone paving). There are two raised beds with orange and lemon trees as well as an assortment of mediterranean flowering shrubs. There is an outside table and chairs set and two lovely steamer chairs.
Children
Stoupa is a lovely safe and friendly place to bring children. Children are very welcome at our villa. We have small children of our own and have tried to provide everything you need, including a cot, high chair and stairgate. Please do let us know if there is anything else that you think you will need.
