The villa is private and offers a relaxing and peaceful holiday at any time of the year. Villa Serenity was finished during the summer of 2007 to a very high standard and is well equipped with everything you might need.
Inside there are two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with walk-in shower. Upstairs provides a large living space, a fully fitted kitchen, dining area and lounge. Air conditioning throughout provides cooling for the summer and heat in the winter months. Outside is a drive, large patio and garden area.
To the rear the walled olive grove displays real Greece right outside your doorstep. The Villa has been named Serenity as it provides a holiday home away from the stresses and strains of our daily lives.
The Villa is in easy reach of all amenities, Stoupa beach is no more than a 10-15 minute peaceful walk away. There are two supermarkets close by. On the front there are many different types of tavernas and eating places to suit any appetite!
Athens airport is just over 4 hours drive and in the main is motorway driving. Many flights and car hire is available at the airport. This maybe an opportunity to spend a night in Athens and visit the Acropolis.
